Your data is yours. This policy explains what data this corporate site processes, why, and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data
Mauricio Zúñiga Cuéllar (natural person), Colombian tax ID (NIT) 94.060.281-1, Cali, Colombia. Contact: mauricio.zuniga@kaistrategylab.com.
Data processed by this Site
This Site is informational: it has no user registration, uses no forms and does not actively collect personal data. It also uses no tracking cookies of its own and no third-party analytics tools.
- Technical server logs: the hosting provider generates standard logs (IP address, browser agent, requested pages) for security and operations purposes.
- Typographic fonts: the Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google's servers when you visit the page.
Contact by email
If you write to mauricio.zuniga@kaistrategylab.com, we will use your address and the content of your message only to reply and follow up on the conversation. Information you share in a strategic conversation is treated as confidential.
Products of the Kai ecosystem
The digital products linked from this Site (Kai Analyzer, Kai News, Kai Career Elevate, Kai LoreSafe, Kai Live Translate, Kai BuildArt) have their own privacy policies, published on their respective domains. When you create an account in any of them, that product's policy applies, not this one.
Providers we rely on
The infrastructure of this Site is provided by Hostinger (web hosting), which may process the technical logs mentioned above and whose servers may be located outside Colombia. We do not sell personal data nor share it with third parties for advertising.
Retention and security
Contact emails are kept for as long as the conversation or professional relationship requires. The Site is served encrypted in transit (TLS).
Your rights (Habeas Data)
You can access, update, rectify and delete your data, and revoke your authorization, by writing to mauricio.zuniga@kaistrategylab.com. You can also ask us for proof of the authorization you gave us — in practice, the one arising from having contacted us by email — and file a complaint with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) if you believe we have failed to comply with the habeas data law. Write to us first: almost everything gets resolved there, and the law also asks you to exhaust that claim with us before going to the SIC (art. 16 of Law 1581). It is not a condition we impose: it is the step the SIC expects to find already taken.
By writing to mauricio.zuniga@kaistrategylab.com, you can ask us to tell you what use we have made of your data, and access it by asking us for a copy. We do not charge for handling these requests.
Governing law
This policy is governed by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and other Colombian personal data protection regulations.
